What We Believe To Be True
C4 Leaders believes everyone is a leader and everyone can become great communicators. We define Communication as listening with an empathetic ear with the intent of serving others. Quite often when two people are communicating the person listening is thinking about what they want to say and therefore, are not listening.
We believe to have powerful and productive conversations we first need to listen with empathy. Our trainings guide the participants to add this vital skills to their life recipe. Communication is an essential ingredient of any high performing team.
With the amazing potential of AI, C4 Leaders strongly believes in the power of human connection. That connection comes to life in what we call Chemistry. We define chemistry as developing trust in yourself to bring and receive value from the connections in your life. Trust is the key word in our chemistry definition. In our trainings we discuss four different types of trust and how they are witnessed and hopefully, addressed. Once trust is developed and is a vital part of the culture – all people will rise to incredible heights. Our trainings target the development of trust and provide clarity in the application of it to your team, business, family, school…
Consistency and Creativity are the final two C’s. We challenge our participants that should they choose to be the best at what they do…they need to BTA. I don’t swear other than using this word in this context…to be the best you need to Bust That A.. The second part of consistency is to consistently challenge your thoughts and perspectives to the point of vulnerability. When we (as a society) can create a culture where we don’t have to have all the answers, we can learn from our mistakes, where we can take information in, in a nonjudgemental way…we then can play FREE of worry and failure. We can look at each challenge as an opportunity to grow and learn from.
A culture with consistency as a vital ingredient leads to empowering each employee, teammate, classmate, family member…to share their God given talent (their secret sauce) with the belief in making this world just a little better (our definition of Creativity).
