Homemade, hand-tossed, wood-fired sourdough pizza with homemade sauce. We have a 3500 HD Chevy truck that has traveled the West Coast with the intent of using pizza to build community one slice at a time.
Our oven cooks two pizzas at a time, and while it can do three, it is not as fun for the cook. The oven reaches 700 degrees, so the pizzas only take about 80 seconds to cook — hot, tasty, and one of the best pizzas you'll ever eat.
Costs depend on how many pizzas are needed, how far the travel is, and the length of the event. Starting cost is $850 and goes up from there.
