Sound Familiar?

Sound like your team?

The HR Director

"Our turnover is through the roof and exit interviews all say the same thing — nobody feels heard."

The Nurse Manager

"My people are so exhausted they've stopped covering for each other."

The Head Coach

"On paper we should be winning. But they play like twelve individuals wearing the same jersey — nobody trusts the pass."

The Small Business Owner

"My team is talented, but they don't trust each other enough to actually collaborate."

The Operations Manager

"Sales blames fulfillment, fulfillment blames sales, and I spend half my week translating between departments that sit forty feet apart."

The New Manager

"I inherited this team six months ago and they're still strangers."

The School Principal

"Staff meetings feel like everyone's just waiting for it to be over."

The Engineering Manager

"Individually they're brilliant. Together, every code review turns into a turf war — they'd rather message each other than turn their chairs around."

The Police Commander

"On the street, my officers would take a bullet for each other. In the briefing room, they won't even share information across shifts."
The Part Nobody Budgets For

Most of it is preventable.

42%

of people who quit say their company could have done something to keep them

Source: Gallup
45%

of leavers say no one even asked how their job was going in their final three months

Source: Gallup
22%

of employees say they get the right amount of recognition for their work

Source: Gallup–Workhuman, two-year study

Nearly half the people who walked out weren't lost to a better offer. They were lost to silence.

Nobody asked. Nobody listened. Nobody noticed until the resignation letter.

22%

The antidote isn't a bigger budget. It's genuine recognition and real conversation — the things only 22% of employees say they actually get. That's what a day with C4 is all about.

Investment

C4 training for a team of 20

$1,000–$2,000 total

One day, measurable impact across the whole team.

Cost

Losing one $60K employee

$24,000–$120,000

Recruiting, onboarding, lost productivity, and training a replacement.

Replacing an employee means paying for job postings, recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, lost productivity while the seat is empty, and months of ramp-up before a new hire is fully effective. Costs that rarely show up in a single line item.

Your C4 investment pays for itself 15–45x over

That's the spreadsheet your CFO actually wants to see.

The c4 solution

The Four Essential Ingredients

Every training, every team-building day, every pizza we fire is built on four ingredients we call C4.

01

Communication

Most teams struggle to slow down and truly listen. We work on tone, body language, and listening with empathy. Teams walk in as coworkers and leave connected like family because they finally heard each other.

02

Chemistry

Most teams struggle to trust themselves and each other. We break down what trust looks like, sounds like, feels like and how it shows in the dough. Teams leave knowing how high-level trust lets every member play their role fully.

03

Consistency

We challenge perspectives to the point of vulnerability which, practiced consistently, becomes empowerment: the ability to perform free of worry and judgment, with grace for yourself and your teammates.

04

Creativity

Most teams struggle with problem-solving under pressure. We put them in positions where they have to solve together and they leave confident to overcome whatever gets in their way.

Pizza With Purpose

Every session ends around the oven.

We close every training with a wood-fired pizza-making experience hands in dough, fire on faces, and a table everyone builds together. It's not dessert. It's the metaphor: teams that make something together, with their hands, in the same heat, learn to trust each other fast. That's the design philosophy behind every C4 program leadership lessons don't stick in a slideshow. They stick around a fire.

Why C4

This isn't a pizza party....
And it isn't a workshop.

Escape rooms are fun. Team dinners are nice. Neither changes how your team performs on Monday. C4 is leadership development that your people will actually remember because they lived it, not because they took notes on it.

Jeff Christian, Founder of C4

33 Years Trauma ICU Nurse
25 Years Basketball Coach
D1 Player, USF
Nursing Educator

Led by someone who's been on real teams with real stakes.

33 years as a Trauma ICU nurse at UC Davis Medical Center. 25 years coaching basketball, from high school gyms to college programs, after playing four years of D1 ball at USF. He taught nursing at Sacramento City College. The four C's weren't invented in a conference room. Each one was earned somewhere in that life.

When someone's life is on the line, communication gets very clear. Roles are defined, distractions are eliminated. Lose focus on the essentials, and we potentially lose a life.
— Jeff Christian

The Question you're thinking but won't Ask

“Nice background — but what does nursing have to do with my sales team?”

Nursing has customers who are having the worst day of their life — and I turned that worst day into hope. If he can do that at a hospital bedside, he can teach your team to do it for each other — and for your customers.

Jeff's Answer

The Difference

No one else does this.

Some companies claim great pizza. Some claim to motivate. Nobody combines a life-changing team experience with homemade, hand-tossed, wood-fired sourdough — because nobody else is this combination.

Travis Credit Union team member

"I really love it when a speaker can use analogies and real-life stories to make it applicable. Jeff was fun and engaging and I truly give the experience a 10. My only wish is that every team and department could go through this."

The Proof

Numbers earned one team at a time.

My team was going through some challenges and Jeff reached out and said he wanted to help my team win. His C4 Odyssey was instrumental in my team's transformation to qualify for the National Tournament. He taught us to communicate better as a team and staff, which built trust and stronger relationships. I would recommend Jeff to any team at any level.
